Who is responsible for your data

The data controller is Sofiia Kvasniuk, NIE Z4252713H, Cl Austria (Segur Calafell) 10, 1º 1ª, 43882 Calafell (Tarragona), España, hello@florank.ai. This policy explains what data Florank processes when you visit florank.ai, run a website check, use the platform at app.florank.ai, pay for a subscription, or contact us.

We process data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Spanish law.

Data we process

Account data: email, interface language, plan, workspace settings, and team members. Contact details you send us: name, email, company name, and your message.

Data about the websites you add: URLs, publicly available pages and their HTML, audit results, AI-monitoring prompts, AI answers, keywords, generated articles, and publishing settings. If you connect Google Search Console, we receive that connection's data within the access you grant.

Payment data: payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number and CVC go directly to Stripe; we never see or store them. We receive the subscription status, amounts, billing dates, and the last digits of the card from Stripe.

Technical data: IP address, browser and device type, error logs, and product activity logs. Visit analytics and session recordings are enabled only after you consent in the cookie banner.

Purposes and legal bases

Providing the service, account, audits, AI monitoring, content, and billing: performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Keeping payment and invoice records: legal obligation (Art. 6(1)(c)). Security, abuse prevention, and troubleshooting: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)). Analytics and session recordings: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)), which you can withdraw at any time.

We do not sell personal data and do not use your website content to train our own models.

Who receives the data

We use processors that handle data only to run Florank: Stripe (payments), Render (server and database, Frankfurt, EU), Vercel (website and app hosting), Resend (email), Sentry (error logs), Telegram (internal team notifications about sign-ups and payments), OpenAI, Anthropic, Google (Gemini, PageSpeed, Search Console), Perplexity, and DataForSEO (website analysis, AI monitoring, and content generation), PostHog, Microsoft Clarity, and Google Analytics (analytics, only with consent).

AI providers receive only what a task needs: the prompt, the URL and content of public pages, or the article topic. Some processors are located in the United States. Transfers rely on the EU adequacy decision (EU–US Data Privacy Framework) or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.

How long we keep data

Account and website data: while the account is active. You can delete your account yourself: Settings → Profile → Delete account. The subscription is then cancelled, sites are disconnected and no longer checked, and personal data (email, name, company, team) is removed immediately. De-identified technical records about sites may remain in the database and backups for a limited time. Detailed data from old audits and the full text of old AI answers is trimmed automatically over time; summary metrics are kept.

Payment and invoice records are kept as long as Spanish tax law requires (usually up to 6 years). Error logs: for the limited time needed for troubleshooting.

Your rights

You can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. You can withdraw analytics consent in the cookie settings.

To exercise your rights, email hello@florank.ai. We reply within one month. If you believe your rights were violated, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority (Agencia Española de Protección de Datos, aepd.es).

Does Florank see my card details?

No. You enter your card in the Stripe form and it goes straight to Stripe. We only receive the payment status and the last digits of the card.

Does Florank sell personal data?

No. Data is used only to provide the service, support users, and improve the product.

How do I delete my account and data?

At app.florank.ai: Settings → Profile → Delete account. Personal data is removed immediately and the subscription is cancelled. We keep payment records because the law requires it. If something does not work, email hello@florank.ai.
