Florank (the website florank.ai and the platform app.florank.ai) is provided by Sofiia Kvasniuk, NIE Z4252713H, Cl Austria (Segur Calafell) 10, 1º 1ª, 43882 Calafell (Tarragona), España, hello@florank.ai.
By creating an account, running a website check, or starting a subscription, you agree to these terms. If you act on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorized to accept them for it.
Florank is an online service for businesses: technical website audits, monitoring of brand mentions in AI answers (ChatGPT, Perplexity, Gemini, Google AI), content planning, article generation, and rank tracking. Features and limits depend on the plan and are described on the pricing page.
Results depend on your website's availability, changes you make, and external search and AI systems. We do not guarantee specific Google rankings or mentions in AI answers. We may change and improve features and give advance notice of material changes to paid access.
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically every month or year, depending on the billing period you choose. The price and period are shown on the pricing page and in the checkout form before you confirm. Taxes, where applicable, are shown at checkout.
Payments are taken by card through Stripe. The subscription is charged in advance for each next period on the date it started, until you cancel. Add-on packs (articles, AI prompts) are charged separately on the terms shown before purchase.
If a plan's price changes, we notify you at least 30 days before the next charge. The price of a period already paid does not change. If a charge fails, Stripe retries it several times; if payment still cannot be collected, the subscription is cancelled and the account moves to the free level.
New customers may get a free trial (currently 7 days of the Growth plan). A card is required. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the price of the selected plan for the first period is charged automatically on the last day of the trial. One trial per customer.
You can cancel at any time at app.florank.ai: Settings → Subscription, or in the Stripe billing portal. After cancellation there are no further charges, and paid features stay available until the end of the period already paid. The account then moves to the free level and your data is kept.
If the first charge after a trial, or the first charge of a new subscription, was unwanted, email hello@florank.ai within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full and cancel the subscription.
Later charges for a period that has already started are not refunded, including partial refunds for unused days: after cancellation, access simply continues until the end of the paid period. Add-on packs can be refunded only if they have not been used. If the service was unavailable for a long time through our fault, contact us and we will consider compensation case by case. Refunds go back to the same card within 5–10 business days.
Florank is intended for businesses. If you are a consumer in the EU, your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal is honored through the first-charge refund described above.
You are responsible for keeping your account secure and for actions of your team members. You may not use the service for illegal activity, scan websites you have no right to scan, bypass limits or security, distribute malware, or publish illegal or misleading content through Florank.
We may suspend an account for a serious breach of these terms or a threat to other customers, and will tell you why. You can delete your account at any time: Settings → Profile → Delete account.
You may use your website data, audit reports, and articles generated for you in Florank as you see fit. You review generated content before publishing it: it is created with AI and may contain inaccuracies. The Florank platform, code, design, and brand belong to us.
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the last 12 months. These limits do not apply to intent or gross negligence and do not restrict consumer rights that cannot be limited by law.
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Disputes are heard by the courts of the seller's place of registration unless the law allows a consumer to go to court where they live. EU consumers can also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
We may update these terms. We announce material changes by email or in the product at least 30 days in advance; if you disagree, you can cancel before they take effect.
At app.florank.ai: Settings → Subscription → Cancel. Access stays until the end of the paid period and there is no next charge.
Yes. The first charge after a trial or of a new subscription is refunded in full if you email hello@florank.ai within 14 days. Later periods are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time.
No. The platform finds issues and opportunities, but results depend on implementation, the market, and external search and AI systems.
